1. Insert SIM in Modem
2. Modem show invalid SIM, just ignore it and close modem software.
3. Start NOKIA PC suite if you dont have it download it and install.
4. Go to Nokia pc suite connect to internet option.
5. Go to Configure. Select your data card modem, and make all operator apn setting as like when we use Nokia mobile connection.
Eg:- Apn for Airtel ? internet.ng.zain.com
or MTN web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
ETISALAT: etisalat
GLO: glosecure or glowap
6. Finish set up? If yes
7. Now connect to internet through NOKIA PC suite.
8. Wow your net is connected without unlocking the modem. Enjoy!

STEPS TO MODDING YOUR 2GO APPLICATION YOURSELF


1. Before this can be done, there some requirements needed

Create a new folder, name it 2GO JAKA

Open blueftp and locate 2go.zip, open, press 'MENU' scroll down to 'SELECT ALL'

4. Now press 'MENU' again select 'EXTRACT SELECTED ITEMS' go back and open the new folder you have created, that is, open 2GO JAKA and paste , then wait until all files have been pasted into the folder and exit blueftp.

Open Class Translator and locate those files you have pasted, that is, open the 2GO JAKA folder locate the following files

You can as well check on
' bb. Class,' ' c. Class,' 'n. Class' and make sure you edit them to your taste. Those ones you are not familiar with, leave them as it is.After that, close Class Translator.

6. Open Mini Halo, select ' File explorer'
locate where you created 2GO JAKA folder and make sure you don't open it instead, click 'Option' select 'Compress File'
it shows you an editing box, just rename it like this:-

2gov3mod_by_Your Name.zip

After that, wait a little bit while it has been compressed succesfully. When you are through with the compression, close the mini Halo.


7. Open your blueftp, you will see 2 folders now

===> 2GO JAKA

====> new_2GO JAKA

Open new_2GO JAKA, press ' Menu' scroll to 'Rename' rename it from .zip to _jar, press 1 to copy the _jar format you have changed to another folder so as to have it as your raw file, and exit your blueftp.
Now go to where it is on your phone, and rename it from _JAR to .JAR test your Mod and upload it here lets enjoy.

Download 5in1 (Class Editor, Class Translator, Hex Editor, MiniHalo And Moby Explorer) Modding Tools HERE, Download 2go Zip Files HERE.

Open And Extract The 2go Zip File With A BlueFTP Into A Folder, The Extracted Files Will Contain Both Class Files e.g a.class And MANIFEST.MF File Which Must Be Inside A Folder Named META-INF. Use A Class Translator To Locate The Class Files Extracted. Press On The Class Files To Open Then Edit The Content, After Editting Press The Save Option To Save Your Edittings. When You're Done With The Class Files Editting, Open The Class Editor And Locate MANIFEST.MF In The META-INF Folder And Edit The Application Properties Like; Name, Vendor, Description etc.

Now Use The BlueFTP, Select All The Extracted Files, Press Option And Scroll Down To Compress As Jar, Press It And Enter Any Name Like 2goFile_jar. Now Press Ok To Compress. After Compressing, Close The BlueFTP Application And Locate The File, Rename From 2goFile_jar To 2goFile.jar For The Application To Start Working.
Note: The Icon You'll Use For 2go Application Must Be Named icon.png And Not All The Content Of The Class Files Must Be Editted.

How can I reinstall software on my Nokia phone (Series 40/Asha/Nokia Belle)?

1. Download and install Windows Device Recovery Tool to your computer. If possible, make sure that your phone's battery is fully charged.
2. When the installation has finished, start the application and the main screen will appear:

1. If your phone is not automatically detected, disconnect all phones from your computer and press My phone was not detected at the bottom of the main screen.
2. If prompted, select the phone manufacturer.
3. Connect your phone to your computer with a compatible USB cable.
4. Wait for your computer to detect the connected phone and follow the screen instructions. If the phone is not connected within one minute you can try to restart your phone: Keep USB connected, press and hold the Power and Volume down keys simultaneously. Release the pressed keys when phone vibrates.
5. Press Install software to start installing the software to your phone.

1. Download and install Nokia Software Recovery Tool to your computer. If possible, make sure that your phone's battery is fully charged.
2. Start Nokia Software Recovery Tool, and connect your phone to your computer with a compatible USB cable. If prompted, select the correct USB mode on your phone: Nokia Suite or Modem.
3. Follow the instructions shown on the tool.

How to Install Whatsapp on s40 Java Phones Like Asha 200 & 205

This tutorial will guide you to install Whatsapp messenger on your non-supported java phones like the Nokia Asha 200, Asha 205 and any other non-supported java phones.
Please take note you need to free up your internal memory before proceeding, at least have more than 4MB free and very important to have two SIM card in the phone  while installing it and setting it up so you dont have setting up favorites failed.
1. Download the Raw file from here note the file is a zipped file.

2. unzip the downloaded zipped file, then copy the whole folder to your memory card (advisable to do this step on a computer).
3. Now goto the folder, DO NOT launch the whatsapp application inside the folder just yet.
4. Copy the application from the memory card to your My Apps or Games.
5. Now go back to the initial folder and delete it.
6. Now go to the whatsapp application in your phone, click the option button and click update version, let it update then you can open the application…follow all instructions and be patient, when it is finally opening, you will get updating notification enabler let it load, it will fail and tell you phone not supported, close it and your whatsapp is installed and working.
Update: for those asking how to get the unzipped version download this two files here and here , copy them to a folder on your memory card, then rename them like this WhatsApp_jar will now be WhatsApp.jar then WhatsApp_jad will be WhatsApp.jar after this follow the steps from 4. above.

For People still not able to install Whatsapp both the zipped and unzipped, i still have a solution for you just download directly from Nokia store here and it will surely work,

A suggestion for people in india who are getting error on updating favorites should follow this steps:
Step 1 : You need to get a Nokia phone that has whatsapp messenger working on it already.
Step 2: Copy the application to the phone’s memory card (Note:copy not cut)
Step 3 : Remove the memory card and insert into your mobile phone copy the whatsapp to your phone.
Now start enjoying whatsapp on your Nokia Asha 200 thanks to Ashmin for pointing out the method
also if you are getting Setting up favorites failed. Network Conditions do not allow contact refresh then just delete your all configurations of gprs from Menu->Settings->Configuration->delete configurations…then again open your whatsapp application from memory card

some brilliant suggestions by our readers which could help you:
1. If you are getting error do a factory reset on your Nokia asha…then open your browser and update the new Nokia xpress. close and start the whole process again.
2. make sure you have two SIM CARDS in the phone while doing this process,  but you will be needing just one to access the internet but the second SIM card slot should NOT be empty.

If you run a blog on Blogger.com (BlogSpot) and want to move to self-hosted WordPress blog, this tutorial is for you. If you want to know why should one move to WordPress, please read this

This guide is written keeping in mind an average not-so-techie blogger.

Ok, enough of shameless self-promotion! Let’s get your migration started…

#1 Goals – To Lose Nothing

Before we actually start, we should set some goals which we need to achieve in order to migrate without any traffic or search engine ranking loss. Our goals are:

1. Import all posts, comments & pages.
2. Maintaining permalinks for posts & pages (1-on-1 mapping between Blogger.com and WordPress pages).
3. Redirecting permalinks for labels & search archives.
4. Retaining all feed subscribers.

If you have noticed, in point 2 & 3, I have highlighted the words “Maintaining” & “Redirecting”. There is a big difference between maintaining permalinks & redirecting permalinks. You can read more about it here.

Above are the minimum goals that should be achieved in order to retain all your links, traffic, subscribers and page-rank. Yes, Google pagerank can be retained if you follow each and every step without making any mistake.

An additional task can be making your new WordPress blog look like your old Blogger.com blog. You can check official WordPress themes directory for a free theme or simply hire us to get a theme designed.

#2 Different Cases – Subdomain v/s Custom Domain

Our goals are clear. Next you need to understand the differences between having a Blogger.com blog on a subdomain and on a custom-domain. Two different cases are:

1. Blog with a subdomain address – e.g. http://example.blogspot.com
2. Blog with a custom domain address – e.g. http://example.com

There are a few more cases, we can skip them here for the sake of simplicity.

Subdomain Case

Technically, you can move to WordPress when your Blogger.com blog is on a subdomain and also maintain 1-on-1 mapping between Blogger.com posts and WordPress posts. But there are a few problems with all migration-related articles spread over the web:

1. Most articles rely on JavaScript based redirect – search engines cannot understand it so they will be completely ignored.
2. Some articles, propose the use of “rel=canonical” which has its own set of problems and cannot be relied upon.

In both the above cases, 1-on-1 mapping is achieved through “redirection”. Ideally, for search engines, redirection should be 301 (server-side) which is not possible in this case.

On the hand, if you have your own domain, we can make some changes to WordPress so that it follows permalink (Post URL) structure similar to Blogger.com. That way, 1-on-1 mapping is achieved through “maintaining” link as opposed to “redirection“.

So for the subdomain case, the best solution is to – setup custom domain on Blogger.com. You can find instructions for domain setup here.

Note: If you are currently using a subdomain (example.blogspot.com), this guide is helpful for you as well.

#3 Preparation

At this point, I assume you have:

1. Your blog is on Blogger.com with Custom Domain Setup
2. You have a web-hosting where you can install WordPress (WordPress installation Series on different web-servers)
3. You have access to your domain’s DNS records

Installing WordPress – at its final destination

In my article posted around 2 years back, and many other articles on the web, there is an intermediate step to install WordPress locally on your machine.

Over the time, we discovered that this step can be skipped completely. You can install WordPress on the web hosting that you have purchased directly with your custom domain which you are using on Blogger.com without modifying DNS records.

The trick here is to use a firefox extension called switchhosts to override domain locally. So all you need to do is create an entry in switchhosts with your domain name (with WWW) and use the IP address given by your hosting company (you don’t need to buy a dedicated IP here)

Detailed instructions on how switchhosts is used are given here.

After creating a SwitchHost entry, install WordPress and check if the WordPress site appears in your browser properly for your custom domain.

At this point we are ready to import from Blogger.com

#4 Importing Data from Blogger.com to WordPress

WordPress comes with a built-in importer tool for Blogger. It is good enough to import posts & comments which are a major part of your blog.

Below are the right steps to do so:

A. Configure Permalinks on New WordPress

From WordPress Dashboard, go to Settings -> Permalinks and select Custom Structure option and paste the following value next to it and save changes.

/%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%.html

This will make your WordPress blog’s permalink structure looks like Blogger.com blog. Do not use any other permalink structure at this time. You can change your permalinks structure later.

B. Import Blogger.com blog posts to WordPress

Now its time to import your Blogger.com blog posts to WordPress.

• Go to Tools -> Import options and select Blogger options. A pop-up box will appear, click on Install Plugin to install the importer plugin in WordPress.

• Click on the Activate Plugin & Run Importer.
• Now you must be on Import Blogger page with a button named Authorize. Click on it and you will be taken to a page on Blogger.com (actually Google.com) where you will be prompted to Grant access to your Blogger account. You may be prompted to log into your Google account if you are not already logged in.

• Once you grant access, you will be taken back to the Blogger importer on WordPress. If you have more than one blog on your Blogger account, you will see all of them listed here. Just click on the import button next to the blog that you want to import into WordPress.

• Once you click import, all posts and comments from Blogger.com blog start importing into WordPress. Importer may stop in between. In that case, the text on the button will change from Import to Continue. Keep clicking on it, until the button-text does not change to Set Authors, which indicates all posts and comments have been successfully imported. (NOTE:WordPress Importer does not import the pages from your Blogger.com blog.)
• If you have more than one author in Blogger.com blog, you may need to click on add users on your WordPress blog (open the add user link in new tab/window of your browser) or you can optionally merge all posts for one author.
• After creating users in WordPress blog refresh the previous tab. Either way go ahead and hit Save Changes!

At this point, your Blogger.com blog is completely imported. But wait, your images hosted on Blogger’s server are still on there so don’t delete your Blogger.com blog.

Fixing permalinks for imported post

Note: Please take back-up of your WordPress Database before following the process mentioned below. So that, if something goes wrong you can revert it back.

In step A, we configured permalink structure which makes permalinks look similar to Blooger.com permalinks. But we need to make them identical to retain all our traffic & SEO!

At this point you can use the following php script. Just copy-paste following codes into a file with name like fix.php and save/upload it to the WordPress folder. Then just open its URL from the browser. URL will be like: http://example.com/fix.php (replace example.com with your domain name).

At this point, check the post links on your WordPress blog. Their path part must now be identical to Blogger.com post link.

Migrating other content – Google Followers (GFC), Gadgets and Pages.

All other codes that you use on Blogger like in sidebar widgets, adsense, stats-tracking code need to be migrated manually from Blogger.com to WordPress. Follow this instruction.

If you have pages in Blogger.com then you need to create pages in WordPress as well and copy the HTML code from Blogger and paste it into WordPress page.

For Example,

On Blogger.com, the URL of your page looks like – example.com/p/about.html

And after creating a page on WordPress, the URL looks like – example.com/about/

To redirect the Blogger Page URL to the WordPress Page URL, you can use the WordPress Redirection Plugin.

Testing new WordPress permalinks & SEO

Just google for site:example.com where example.com is your domain name. Click on any link from search results and you should land on the  correct post on your new WordPress blog.

Recently, I have shared the unlocking procedure of customized Airtel’s Huawei E5573s-606 mobile WiFi router of India. Leading carrier of Nigeria, the Spectranet is also selling the same model router in the country, which also comes with zero (0) attempts left for unlocking, means the router comes with customized firmware. However, finally, I find the solution through firmware upgrade and device successfully unlocked.

Before proceeding with firmware upgrade of E5573s-606 Spectranet MiFi, download the following required files :

1. Huawei_E5573s-606_Firmware_21.110.99.03.00_general and Huawei_E5573s-320_Firmware_21.180.17.00.00_general.7z from https://unlock4modem.in/download-huaweis-e5336-e5573-and-b593-firmware-and-webui-free/
2. Huawei hilink drivers from https://unlock4modem.in/download-huawei-hilink-modem-drivers-free/ and Huawei mobile partner from this link. (Install all drivers before proceeding with steps, it will not harm anything).
3. Firmware code you can generate from Universal Master Code tool or comment with model and IMEI to get it.

How to unlock customized E5573s-606 Spectranet MiFi WiFi router of Nigeria :

1. Change the default SIM with another network provider and connect your Huawei E5573s-606 Spectranet MiFi WiFi router to PC or laptop via its default USB cable.
2. Make sure that your router is charged at least 50%.
3. Extract the zip file Huawei_E5573s-606_Firmware_21.110.99.03.00_general and run P711S-E5 update_21.110.99.03.00.exe.
4. It will ask a password. Use firmware code as password.
5. Input the correct firmware code and wait till finish process.
6. Now device will again start installing drivers by itself.
7. If it is not detected by PC due for drivers problem then update the drivers manually through COM port (You have already downloaded Huawei Hi-link drivers and Huawei Mobile Partner).

12. Now, it will show NV codes in hash format. Mail in okweimat@gmail.com in a notepad format. Hash code will be converted into unlock code and after receiving the payment it will be mailed.
13. Now, extract Huawei_E5573s-320_Firmware_21.180.17.00.00_general.7z file in a folder.
14. Run the firmware setup file again. During this period, it will not ask the password again.
15. Wait till firmware successfully installs in device. Now again, your router will start installing drivers automatically.
16. You will notice that all light are turned ON, including battery light and network light.

17. Open web-browser (Internet Explorer) in PC and browse for 192.168.8.1 (default IP of the router is changed).
18. Login to device router panel (user name and password as admin).
19. Here, you will see, your device have 10 unlocking attempts left.
20. Just enter correct unlock password in a router and your router will be unlocked.

Note : Don’t try to enter any wrong / free unlock code into router, otherwise it will be locked permanently.

Find someone’s IP address: When chatting on facebook

First you got to find out the IP address of that User.

To Do so we will be using “netstat” command in windows. If you want to know the IP address of a specific person on facebook or orkut or any chat service, there is only one way: Just invite or ping him for a chat and while chat is ON open ‘Command Prompt‘ on your PC (Start >Run>cmd).

note: before trying this make sure you close all the other tabs in your browser, and only keep facebook open. Also if possible delete all the history and cache from your browser.

When command prompt opens Type the following command and hit Enter.

• netstat -an

And you will get all established connections IP addresses there. Note down all the suspicious IP’s.

The Next Step is to Trace that user using his IP address.

To do so we will be using IP tracer service. Go to the below address and paste the IP address in the box that says “lookup this ip or website”, and it will show you the location of the user.

It will show you all the information about that user along with his ISP and a Location in the MAP. Now in the MAP Just click on “click for big ip address location” in the big picture you can actually zoom in. and try to recognize the area. If any serious matter just note down the ISP details in that page and contact them about the IP. They will respond you.

• -a Displays all connections and listening ports.
• -e Displays Ethernet statistics. This may be combined with the -s option.
• -n Displays addresses and port numbers in numerical form.
• -p Proto Shows connections for the protocol specified by proto; proto may be TCP or UDP.
• -s Option to display per-protocol statistics, proto may be TCP, UDP, or IP.
• -r Displays the routing table.
• -s Displays per-protocol statistics. By default, statistics are shown for TCP, UDP and IP; the
• -p Option may be used to specify a subset of the default.
